The Artifakt team is awesome. We engaged them for a re-brand and site build about 3 years ago, and they genuinely took interest in our business to deliver something that was innovative, different and unique in our marketplace. 3 years later, we can say it has worked! They did a fantastic site build, built out great content and creative, and have been very quick to respond with any tech support issues, questions etc. Last year I went to a local ad agency to help with some paid ad campaigns etc, and they tried to sell us on managing some other marketing pieces for us. After a year of wasting a ton of money, I still feel like they have no idea who our company is, or what our goals are. I saw Artifakt was doing what we were looking for so I went back, and we have once again been very happy with their processes, attention to detail and personal touch and look forward to seeing the results.
