The team at Artifakt Digital recently re-branded our business and designed a 5-star website that we are incredibly proud of. The entire team is over the top professional, and were always magically there to answer our calls and endless questions, especially Monica who kept everyone on track and Paige who was always so accommodating and blew us away with her huge ‘design brain’. They are very creative and clearly do their research to stay ahead of trends and came up with several very unique and interactive ways to engage visitors on our website. And they were dedicated to the project. They genuinely wanted us to be happy with every phase and went above and beyond to make tweaks until it was perfect. They listened and asked all the right questions to understand who we are and what we want our business to look like. Max, our copywriter, nailed it and gave our business a voice we love and are completely comfortable with…because it’s us! That’s not an easy task.

40 percent of our business came from our website last year. The market was down quite a bit last year, but we were one of the few teams in the area that grew, and it’s got a lot to do with our website.

We retained Artifakt Digital to assist us with a refresh and rebrand of our website and digital marketing strategy. They were good to work with, very responsive to our needs and concerns, and delivered on time and on budget. We are pleased with the results and recommend them.

Redesigning a new website seemed like a daunting task that we kept putting off until we sat down with Artifakt Digital. After that first meeting, where we went over everything, I felt like a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders. Although we had some minor homework to complete, they took control right from the start, which we really liked. We can’t stress enough how organized they were throughout the entire project, it was seriously amazing. We thought we were organized until this experience.

Everyone was friendly, communication, which is key to any relationship, was great and they always responded right away, we had to keep up with them. They held us accountable on our homework and gave us deadlines (which we love), but were also flexible. They listened to any concerns we had, and addressed them right away. At the end, we were sad the project was over but extremely happy with our new website. I had tears in my eyes during the reveal in their office. Thanks again to the whole team for executing our vision and coming up with such a unique product, we most definitely couldn’t have done it without you.
