I don’t write many reviews. When I do it is because I am compelled by excellence. I am not new to using marketing companies in my long career, and I have worked with many of the best, worldwide, in my corporate days. Artifakt is at the top of their game.

From the start, with complete explanations of the process, fees and possibilities from Andre, to the constant but pertinent communication managed by Monica, to keeping our side on track (Monica again lol), to the absolutely brilliant and talented creative guidance from the ringleader Paige with Jen, Erika, Aden, Jane, Jessica, Stacey, and Alex all specifically contributing within their particular areas of expertise. Expert guidance from all. Culminating with Bahareh guiding us through the actual execution of the technical components, which is not my favourite part, but she made it seamless. We had lots of ideas. We had thoughts of who we were and what we were and wanted to be.

The process was outstanding in bringing it all together into something we had dreamed we could create. I can’t say enough. I will end by saying that we opted to continue our relationship ongoing with the team at Artifak after project completion as this is the best money I have spent in a long time.

Artifakt Digital is an amazing company from top to bottom. Their ideas, their organization, their responsiveness are all top of the industry, but their best asset is their staff. During our rebrand I was extremely busy doing day to day work and they stayed on me when they had to, but had such a great approach to it. I can’t say enough good things about them. We engaged them for a re-brand and site build about 3 years ago, and they genuinely took interest in our business to deliver something that was innovative, different and unique in our marketplace. 3 years later, we can say it has worked!
