Before reworking my real estate web site, I researched quite a few companies who created and helped to facilitate real estate web sites. For the most part, I was disappointed in the general lack of creativity and the lack of functionality. Many of the sites seem dated and unnecessarily complicated, or simply too simplistic and lacking in the tools needed for a modern real estate web site.
