The folks over at Zapier recently profiled Artifakt Digital in a blog post about using team chat services and notifications to stay up to date, with particular focus on the ways that we use Zapier, HipChat, and a bunch of other tools to improve our team’s internal communications and customer service. Since our team all works in the cloud, it’s pretty important that we find ways to know what’s going on with each other and with our customers.
